Nairobi| The Office of the Principal Register of the Nyanza
Province, in Kenya, has finally released 11 exclusive documents
concerning Barack Obama’s alleged birth and early childhood in the
country. These official papers had been requested for years by the Tea
Party Patriots, an American conservative organization, to no avail,
but the Kenyan Supreme Court recently ordered authorities to release the
documents, based on a law on "access to information. These files, if
they turn out to be verifiable, could mean that Mr. Obama had no legal
right to become the American president under the country’s law.
The papers released today suggest that Barack Obama was actually born
on March 7 1960, in Lamu, Kenya, more than a year before his father
moved to Hawaii, where he allegedly met his mother. This contradicts
most of the documents presented by the presidential office over the last
years, suggesting that either the American or the Kenyan papers are
actually fakes.
The official version of Barack Obama’s birth presented by the White
House in the past, was that he was born on August 4, 1961, at the
Kapi’olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital (now called the
Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women & Children) in Honolulu, Hawaii.
His parents were Ann Dunham, from Wichita, Kansas, and Barack Obama,
Sr., a Luo from Nyang’oma Kogelo in the Nyanza Province, in what was
then the "Colony and Protectorate of Kenya”. Mr. Obama Senior was
attending the University of Hawaii at the time, where he supposedly met
Ms. Dunham.
A Kenyan publication, The Standard, had reported in 2004 that
Obama was "Kenyan-Born”, but the lack of proof presented had led the
rest of the mediatic world to dismiss the article has fake or unfounded.
Jim Geraghty of the conservative website National Review Online
may have sparked further speculation on June 9, 2008, when he asked
Obama to release his birth certificate.Geraghty wrote that doing
so could debunk several false rumors circulating on the Internet.
Such rumors were very numerous at the time, covering many topics.
These included namely: that his middle name was originally Muhammad
rather than Hussein; that his mother had originally named him "Barry”
rather than "Barack”; and that Barack Obama, Sr. was not his biological
father, as well as the rumor that Barack Obama was not a natural-born
Citizen. Mr. Obama and the White House had given no answer whatsoever to
that request, choosing to simply ignore the question, but had finally
released some documents that were allegedly Mr. Obama’s birth
certificate in two different forms. The release of these certificates
had seemed to put an end to the rumors at the time, but it is to be
expected that the "Kenyan documents” will fuel a whole new wave of
rumors and conspiracy theories.

church, how you have
fallen into lukewarmness, apathy, and sleep! How long shall I bare with

louder than your prayers. Why do you cry to Me now? You are only
beginning to reap what you have sown. I can bear your sins no more. How

No! You turned on the very nation and people that you swore in sacred
oath to protect and cherish. Israel is My nation and My land forever.
You broke covenant with her and pressured her to divide My land, and
empowered her enemies to attack her. Why are there fires, and floods,
and storms, and earthquakes, and financial disasters, and calamities
hitting you from all sides? Repent of your sins, or it shall becomes
seven times more severe than it is. Do you dare provoke me to My face? I
am a great God and a Holy King! I hold your breath in My hand! You are
only one thread away from the fires of hell, as my servant Jonathan

I remember asking dad about Castro when I was about 9 years old.
I asked, "Is Castro a good guy or bad?"
Dad said he couldn't tell!! This was about 1955. We were living in Louisiana
at the time. Dad was in the army there.
Cuba was fairly close and in the news a lot..
The Cubans were asking the same question! Ike was president.
This past July, we had the pleasure of sharing a summer barbecue with
a refugee from Cuba. Our dinner conversation was starkly different than most.
This refugee came to the United States as a young boy in the early 1960s.
His family was more fortunate than most as they were able to bring a suitcase
and $100 when they fled Castro's newly formed revolutionary paradise.
Our dinner consisted of all-American fare: hamburgers, potato salad,
watermelon and fresh ears of sweet corn. This is a menu shared with
family and friends nationwide, while celebrating the birth of our beloved
America on the Fourth of July.
We began with a simple discussion about our country and the direction it has
taken since Barack Obama came to power. We shared the usual complaints
about the sour economy and liberal social engineering emanating from the
rulers in Washington.
But then he said it. The sentence came naturally. I assume it was unplanned.
But it carried the weight of a freight train. "You know when Castro took power,
none of us knew he was a Communist."
We sat stunned. He continued, "Yes, we all thought he was a patriot,
a nationalist. Before the revolution he didn't sound like a radical."
The comparison at this point was easy, and I interjected, "You
mean just like Barack Obama?"
He responded, "Yes, just like Barack Obama."
He continued, "We were all shocked as the government just continued
to grab more power. First they said the revolution is over, so please
turn in your guns. We all complied."
"I remember my uncle saying after it started, 'Castro will only nationalize
some of the big industries, he will never come and take our family hardware
store. 'But that is exactly what happened, Castro started with the sugar mills
and the large industries, but they eventually came and knocked on the door
of our family hardware store.
My family had run this store for generations. They said we now own the
hardware store, you work for us. And that nice, large four-bedroom home
you own, it is now our property also, and you can move yourself and five
children into two rooms of the house because others are moving in with you."
The lesson learned from this discussion is a lesson most Americans refuse to
hear. Political leaders can lie about their agenda and once in office they can
take totally unexpected turns.
If you had asked us three years ago if we thought General Motors would be
nationalized, we would have never believed it. We could never contemplate a
country where the rule of law, the most fundamental building block of a justice
society would be evaporating just like it did in Castro's Cuba in the early 1960s.
But the news of injustice keeps increasing. Black Panthers are not charged with
wrongdoing by the U.S. Department of Justice because their crimes are against
whites. The bondholders of GM are stripped of their assets without due process
by the government.
Governmental leaders are bribed in full daylight only to have all investigation of
the crimes stifled by the Attorney General. The U.S. borders are overrun with
crime and illegal activity and the leaders in D.C. act as if it is important to protect
the lawbreakers while the innocent are killed and overrun. When local communities
attempt to enforce the law, they are ridiculed and threatened as racists and bigots.
They are sued by the very administration entrusted with enforcing the law.
Without the rule of law, the U.S. Constitution is a sham. Without the rule of law,
our beloved America is swiftly becoming a country where only the well-connected
and politically powerful will be safe. As Michelle Malkin has so eloquently explained
in her recent book, a culture of corruption has replaced honest government.
All honest citizens that want to be treated equally must come together and demand
that the favoritism, the bribes, the uneven enforcement of law end now. And yes,
it can happen here..
A year ago I made the statement that "I didn't believe the President knows what
he is doing. My friend said "Oh yes he does" Back then I didn't know what she meant.
Today I realize she was right. He does know exactly what he is doing.

"A LETTER FROM AMERICA" Update! - from Joanne - USA - Reports... (7th Feb 2012)
First, he
ordered churches to violate their conscience. Now, the President is instructing
them not to talk about it! Welcome to Barack Obama's military. After stripping
away the rights of religious groups everywhere, the commander-in-chief is
putting a halt on protests from the pulpit, at least in the Army's chaplain
corps. Like most Catholics, the military's priests had planned to speak out
against the
rule forcing groups to violate the tenants of their faith by funding
abortifacients and contraception.
Unfortunately,
they never got the chance. While church leaders around the country voiced their
disapproval to the mandate on Sunday, the Army's pulpits were silent. According
to several sources, the Chief of Chaplains had issued an Army-wide gag order, warning
priests not to read any letter resisting the policy. The church
"cannot--and will not--comply with this unjust law," wrote Archbishop
Timothy Broglio, head of the corps' priests. According to the Army, that
language is too controversial. After a lot of back and forth with the
administration, the Chief of Chaplains announced that "a new version of
the letter will be read, one that was edited of the language about 'unjust
laws.'" Chaplains should consider the text of Acts 5:29 this coming
weekend. The administration is fearful of this language because laws have a
moral foundation--and in our system of government, they have to have the
consent of the governed. That's why the administration is telling churches what
they can and can't say.
Not
surprisingly, that kind of censorship didn't sit well with Archbishop Broglio.
In a statement, the Archdiocese didn't hide its frustration. "[We] stand
firm in the belief, based on legal precedent, that such a directive from the
Army constituted a violation of his constitutionally-protected right of free
speech and the free exercise of religion, as well as those same rights of all
military chaplains and their congregants." Of course, this shouldn't come
as a surprise to anyone who's followed the seismic shifts in the military. This
is exactly the path we expected the Pentagon to take after "Don't Ask,
Don't Tell" came crumbling down. For two years, FRC warned about the
systematic silencing of people of faith that would result once the President
imposed his radical social agenda on the military.
While the
military itself is governed by different rules when it comes to free speech,
chaplains have always had the right to speak openly about the moral issues of
their day. That's why George Washington established the chaplaincy. He
understood the importance of teaching soldiers the difference between right and
wrong. If Washington
wanted an army that was above reproach, he knew the most effective way to
accomplish it was providing a moral compass that rules and regulations cannot.
Chaplains have been offering that guidance since 1775.
By
muzzling these leaders, the Obama administration is diminishing the chaplains'
role from spiritual leader to glorified counselor. Obviously, this is all by
design. If the President can hollow out our military, then the rest of society
won't be far behind. In the war on religion, the administration is enlisting
its own Army. Join us in standing with our troops. Sign
FRC's petition to Congress, asking members to take action to ensure that America's armed
forces are afforded the same freedoms for which they risk their lives.
Komen
to Terms with Planned Parenthood
The
ink was barely dry on the thank you notes before the Susan G. Komen Foundation
took a step back from defunding Planned Parenthood. Earlier in the week, the
country's leading breast cancer charity decided to cut ties with the abortion
giant and redirect the money to groups that actually perform mammograms. But,
as Mark Steyn wrote,
"Komen could not be permitted to get away with disrespecting Planned
Parenthood." Cecile Richards's organization whipped big liberalism into a
frenzy--cyber-bullying, threatening backlash, pulling corporate sponsorships,
even putting Komen's speaking opportunities "under review."
Unlike
Planned Parenthood, Komen is obviously not used to playing political hardball.
And so, after 48 hours of being demonized,
it released a statement "apologizing" for a decision so popular that
it boosted Komen's fundraising 100%
in two days. "We will continue to fund existing grants, including
those of Planned Parenthood, and preserve their eligibility to apply for future
grants." What that means is anyone's guess. While Planned Parenthood is
"eligible" for future grants, Komen hasn't guaranteed that it will

In Virginia, Marshalling a
Response
While
the Obama administration is busy dismantling conscience rights, the Virginia legislature is
building a protective fence around theirs. Thanks to Delegate Bob Marshall, the
state assembly is moving quickly to pass a bill that would let faith-based
adoption agencies deny child placements that conflict with their moral or
religious beliefs. The measure sailed through the House 71-28on Friday, and a Senate committee is sending its version of the bill to the
floor, where it's also expected to pass. Last year, the Board of Social
Services agreed to these regulations, but this legislation would convert those
rules into law--with help from pro-life Gov. Bob McDonnell (R). Let's hope
other states follow suit!

One
of my earliest childhood memories is of my parents talking about Nixon and the
Watergate scandal. I remember the newspaper headline: "Nixon
Resigns!” President Nixon’s fight against court subpoenas made
international news. Yesterday President Obama completely ignored a court
subpoena, and the world shrugged.
Obama’s behavior yesterday is even more disturbing than Nixon’s.
Nixon at least respected the judicial branch enough to have his
attorney’s show up in court and follow procedure. Nixon’s fight in
the courts followed existing law. Nixon acknowledged the authority of the
judicial branch even while he fought it. Obama, on the other hand, essentially
said yesterday that the judicial branch has no power over him. He ordered his
attorneys to stay away from the hearing. He didn’t petition a higher
court in a legitimate attempt to stay the hearing. Instead he showed complete
contempt for the entire judicial branch and for the rule of law. Rather than
respecting the legal process Obama went around the courts and tried to put
political pressure directly on the Georgia Secretary of State. When that
failed, he simply ignored the judicial branch completely.
The rule of law, and our three-branch system of government, now hang in the
balance. If the Georgia
court issues a ruling on the merits and an order finding Obama in contempt of
court, and if that contempt order actually results in real punishment of some
kind, then we will still have a Constitutional
Republic. If this
doesn’t happen, then Obama will have been rewarded for showing complete
contempt for the judicial branch.
Understand that the goal of the Georgia ballot challenge was to have a court
rule on the merits of the Constitutional question: Does the term "natural
born citizen” in Article II of the Constitution, require a Presidential
candidate to have two parents that were U.S. citizens at the time the candidate
was born? Obama wants to avoid having a court rule on this question. That is
why he didn’t show up and ordered his attorneys to not show up. He was
hoping that the Georgia
court would enter a default judgment rather than rule on the merits. If the
court enters a default judgment, Obama will have succeeded in avoiding the
Constitutional eligibility question. He will then appeal the default judgment,
get the appellate court to suspend the default judgment pending appeal, and
then delay the appeal until after the primary. This is undoubtedly
Obama’s plan.
If the Georgia Court rules that Supreme Court precedent must be followed and
therefore Obama simply does not meet the minimum Constitutional requirements to
hold the office of President, then we will at least have succeeded in finding
one court in the nation willing to do its job. If that court finds Obama in
contempt of court, then we still have three viable branches of government. The Georgia court
has the authority to do both of these things. The world should be holding its
breath.
Unfortunately the world is apparently unaware that a great Republic is on life
support. The Roman Empire died a slow death.
It’s death was so gradual that few people living at that time probably
noticed the individual events that marked the death throes of that great
empire. Apparently the same is true of America. Yesterday marked a
stunning turn of events in the constant power struggle between the three
branches of our government. Our President openly showed that he believes he is
completely above the law. I wonder if the court even noticed its own death
certificate. We will see in a few days.
I will certainly try to explain this to the court in our proposed findings of
fact and law that the court requested we file before February 5th.
All of your encouragement and prayers have been greatly appreciated. They are
needed even more over the next few weeks. This battle is FAR from over. And it
has taken on importance beyond what we predicted (which is truly astounding).
Please tell everyone you know about Obama’s contempt of the judicial
branch. Please explain to them what it really means. Even those that agree with
Obama politically and disagree with our ballot challenge should be shocked,
appalled, and scared of Obama’s contempt for the judicial system.

This is a statement that was read over the PA system at the
football game at Roane County High School in Kingston, Tennessee by school
Principal, Jody McLeod
"It has always been the custom at Roane County High
School football games, to say a prayer and play the National Anthem, to honour
God and Country."
Due to a recent ruling by the Supreme Court, I am told that
saying a Prayer is a violation of Federal Case Law. As I understand the law at
this time, I can use this public facility to approve of sexual perversion and
call it "an alternate life style," and if someone is offended, that's
OK.
I can use it to condone sexual promiscuity, by dispensing
condoms and calling it, "safe sex." If someone is offended, that's
OK.
I can even use this public facility to present the merits of
killing an unborn baby as a "viable means of birth control." If
someone is offended, no problem...
I can designate a school day as "Earth Day" and
involve students in activities to worship religiously and praise the goddess
"Mother Earth" and call it "ecology.."
I can use literature, videos and presentations in the
classroom that depicts people with strong, traditional Christian convictions as
"simple minded" and "ignorant" and call it
"enlightenment.."
However, if anyone uses this facility to honour GOD and to ask
HIM to Bless this event with safety and good sportsmanship, then Federal Case
Law is violated.
This appears to be inconsistent at best, and at worst,
diabolical.
Apparently, we are to be tolerant of everything and anyone,
except GOD and HIS Commandments.
Nevertheless , as a school principal, I frequently ask staff
and students to abide by rules with which they do not necessarily agree. For me
to do otherwise would be inconsistent at best, and at worst, hypocritical. I
suffer from that affliction enough unintentionally. I certainly do not need to
add an intentional transgression.
For this reason, I shall "Render unto Caesar that which
is Caesar's," and refrain from praying at this time.
" However, if you feel inspired to honour, praise and
thank GOD and ask HIM, in the name of JESUS, to Bless this event, please feel
free to do so.. As far as I know, that's not against the law----yet."
One by one, the people in the stands bowed their heads, held
hands with one another and began to pray.
They prayed in the stands. They prayed in the team huddles.
They prayed at the concession stand and they prayed in the Announcer's Box!
The only place they didn't pray was in the Supreme Court of
the United States of America- the Seat of "Justice" in the "one
nation, under GOD."
Somehow, Kingston, Tennessee Remembered what so many have
forgotten. We are given the Freedom of Religion, not the Freedom FROM religion
Praise GOD that HIS remnant remains!
JESUS said, "If you are ashamed of ME before men, then
I will be ashamed of you before MY FATHER.."

In the U.S., Texas is withering from its worst drought since 1895 even as
floods across the South impact 3.6 million acres of farmland. (see Drought map

Europe’s wheat crop is under threat thanks to the driest growing conditions in a
generation, while floods are impacting potential harvests in Canada and have
already destroyed much of the wheat crop in Australia.
As a result, prices are about to go through the roof, and supplies will be
short this fall.
Rising demand and bad weather had already stretched the global food supply
chain to the limit. The UN fao Food Price Index rose 25 percent last year. In
February, it hit a record high.
"[J]ust when you thought things couldn’t get any worse, food prices are about
to rocket higher in coming weeks,” writes Ian Cooper, editor of the Wealth Daily
column. "We’re descending into a food crisis that’ll ravage the world as we know
it,” Cooper says. "We should prepare ourselves now to see food shortages.”
It’s one thing to have to pay more for food, assuming you have the money. But
what if the food isn’t even there?

in store for the world in 2011? Trends forecaster Gerald Celente of the
Trends Research Institute provided his insights on the year ahead. Will
the people of the world wake up to a dire economic reality? Will the US
dollar or the value of gold prevail? Will hardship-driven crimes be
committed across the socioeconomic spectrum by legions of the
on-the-edge desperate? Will the "War on Terror" morph into the "War on
Crime," where all Americans are suspects until proven innocent? Will
governments try to eliminate free access to the web and literally shut
down computers and websites they consider a threat to national security?
Will the seeds of revolution be sown?
Celente
argued that all of the above will take place in some shape or form.
There will be a wakeup call on the economy, a crack down on the people
and a loss of liberty, and also an increase in Journalism 2.0,
alternative energy and a growth in cyber war tactics. "Look what‘s
happening now. You name the city," he said.
"The
people are getting hit on at every level." The banks and governments
are robbing the people and will continue to do so, he argued. "What they
are going to do, is they are going to make up the slack by going after
the little people at every level; licensing fees, parking fees, you name
it, they‘re going to squeeze every dollar out of the people," Celente
commented.
"If
you go five miles over the speed limit there‘s a cop waiting for you."
Gold will run high in 2010, as the federal resave continues to dump US
currency into the system gold will rise much higher, possibly even
double in value over the next year. In the name of terror the government
will clamp down on the people, crime will rise as dissatisfaction with
the economy and government policies rise. "Big Brother will be
watching!" Celente said. "We even have Wal-Marts as a rat for the
homeland security division to call them up and let them know if anything
is untore that they should know about and they are talking now about
expanding homeland terrorist security in hotels and shopping malls.
"
The US government will be watching every move every person makes. "They
are going to clamp down more and more as people continue to complain
more and more about the injustices that are happening, particularly on
the economic front," he explained. "When people lose everything, and
they have nothing left to lose, they lose it! As people keep losing it,
the government will crack down even tighter." Looking forward, cyber
warfare will grow further, becoming a new type of warfare for the 21st
century. Those in cyber industry have a strong future, he added.
"Were
going to see more and more cyber attacks, just like we saw with
WikiLeaks," explained Celente. "We‘re going to see worldwide cyber
crime. In the end, the world will end in 2011 said Celente, but what
that means exactly he wouldn‘t say.
